An exfoliant device engineered to deliver foam on demand:

A bath product company approached Rynel to assist with the design of a skin exfoliant device that had to deliver cleanser and fragrance in a controlled manner; attach to a handle; and deliver water to the skin surface through a foam pad.

Solution:
We developed a foam formulation to time-release the active ingredients without creating excessive backpressure in the delivery device. We also created a way to attach the foam pad to the device to allow for adequate water flow and the rotation of the exfoliating surface.
